B 2480 12 Murrey John, Chapman (d. h. Kaufmann) in Braddan, Douglas, Isle of Man, E vor 1641. Die tieferstehend abgebildete Urkunde berichtet, dass er am 24. 11. 1641 für £ 40 einen Besitz in D(o)uglas von Robert und Margaret Banks kauft. Am 16. 11. 1660 beteiligt er sich zu 50% an den Rechten zum Lachsfang in der Bay of Duglas, die sein Schwager Richard Joyner kurz zuvor für 21 Jahre um 40 Shilling vom Landesherrn, dem Earl of Derby, gepachtet hat.
